That's one of the hazards of having a bio-mechanical sausage stuffer installed...well...right there. You can make a good living selling your own fatty, spicy, processed tissue to cannibals. But you have to eat a lot. They can also make your sex life either more adventuresome, or more frightening, depending on the circumstances.

Also, any of the self-sausages you use for sex will have to be thrown away. Unless you can find a buyer for that sort of thing.

Or maybe the Japanese could add a coin slot to the people who have the bio-mechanical sausage stuffer installed. Of course, these would be people who were owned (enslaved) by the human sausage vending company. You'd have to chain them into a vending machine framework, or else they'd run away.

Additionally, every time you made a purchase, they'd meekly beg, "kill me...please...kill me."

How they got into this horror in the first place is another story, and that story has to be as unfair as possible.

Oh, that happens sometimes; just pull it a little more - slowly, and at a slight angle - until you feel a slight tension as it tries to retract. It should start rewinding automatically. Sometimes it rewinds really fast, though, and can smack into you and your partner's chest or abdomen like a whip, so running away is still a good idea.
